  • Yes you can make changes to your booking dates and room arrangements however this is subject to availability. Room changes or changing of dates may incur additional fees.

  • None of our rooms have ensuites.

    Twin Peaks Lodge shower rooms are shared amongst guests, but not communal.

    We have two large shower rooms, one is fitted with private, lockable shower units and change areas, and the other is a large shower room with two shower heads suited for families or couples to share.

  • If you wish to add guests to your booking please email bookings@twinpeakshakuba.com with your request. In some instances this may be possible however fees will be incurred.

  • Yes a delicious western style breakfast is put on every morning so you can fuel up before you hit the slopes.

    Breakfasts may vary slightly day to day, however there will always be a hot option in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian as well as continental options like cereal, yogurt, and toast and spreads.

  • You can rent snow gear (including snowboards, skis, boots, helmets, etc.) in Hakuba from major shops like Spicy Rentals, Rhythm Rentals, and Central Snow Sports which offer good-quality gear.

    Other options include resort-based rentals such as Goryu Rentals at Hakuba Goryu, offering convenient access right at the lifts.

  • Unfortunately we do not have shared kitchen facilities for guests to utilise, however we can give access to the toaster, microwave and instant hot water during your stay to heat meals - just ask our friendly team to assist you.

    We also provide breakfast daily and have light meals and drinks available to purchase in the evenings.

  • You sure can! Our kitchen and bar will open around 4pm daily for you to purchase food and drinks to enjoy in our dining room. Outside of bar and kitchen hours you can buy a small selection of drinks and snacks from our honesty bar.

  • We have a couple of toddler highchairs and 1x portacot available. Please let our team know in advance if you are travelling with small children and advise if you require a portacot during your stay.

  • Yes. We have a large heated dry room with external and internal access with plenty of space to store your snow gear.

  • Goryu Snow Resort is a short 7 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive from Twin Peaks Lodge. Goryu is connected to Iimori and Hakuba 47 and has something for everyone to enjoy.

  • We offer a free pick-up service for guests arriving to Escal Plaza bus stop, and Hakuba Bus and Train stations.

  • If you’re arriving from Tokyo, there are a few options for getting to Hakuba.

    You can get a limited express train from Tokyo Shinjuku Station to Hakuba Station (estimated travel time = 3 hours), or train to Nagano and jump on a bus to Happo Bus Station.

    Buses also run from Tokyo to Hakuba, and are the cheapest option, with approximately 5 hours travel time.

    If you’re arriving from Osaka, your best option is to take the bullet train to Nagoya, followed by a JR train to Nagano, and then the bus to Hakuba. Total travel time is estimated at around 4 hours.

    We offer a free pick-up service from Hakuba to our lodge in Gorgu, which is only a 10 minute drive away.

  • We do not have a laundry service onsite.

    The closest laundromat is a 3 minute drive away and is located on the same premises as Hakuba’s best Ramen and Gyoza restaurant Takahashi-Ki - we recommend dropping your laundry in the machines and enjoying some delicious food and drink while you wait for your things to wash and dry.

  • Twin Peaks has some available parking spaces that can be reserved on a first come first serve basis. Please let us know when you book with us, or email hello@twinpeakshakuba.com if you wish to reserve a parking space for an existing booking.

  • Yes wifi is free and available throughout the whole lodge.

  • Unfortunately at this stage Twin Peaks is only accessible via a set of 5 external stairs and is not have suitable wheelchair access.
